Does your organisation pay for salary reports? 🤓 Do you find them useful? 🤔 Would you sell your employees’ data (anonymised job titles, salary information, benefits information) in return for industry salary ranges?🫣 How else would you benchmark your organisation’s salaries if you didn’t want to rely on a consulting firm?🧐 For a small organisation, I prefer to talk to local recruiters, search job boards, and network to find out how we compare.🙂 Could we improve on our employee salaries and benefits? Sure, who couldn’t?🤑 But a fancy report based on large global organisations in a variety of industries won’t help me propose reasonable suggestions to management. 🤐
