Sharing this again as I don't think many people saw it and it is something I am feeling pretty proud of and being so far away from everyone, this is the only way to celebrate! On the 4th of December 2024 I celebrated 10 years in business! Well I didn't celebrate it on the day so much, as I had just got over being incredibly sick for a few days and was dashing around Amritsar doing my best to make the most of my last few hours there, before boarding the night bus to Delhi, to catch a flight to Southern India! However, it was a special milestone in my business and I didn't want to let it go past without celebrating this huge achievement, so now I have recovered and I have settled into South India, a few days later than planned, here is my latest blog! Thank you to everyone who has supported me on my journey, this is a vocation, this is who I am, not simply what I do for my work, it really is my purpose! https://lnkd.in/eUkxJyc5 #wellbeing #coachingpsychologist #helpingyoubehappier #livelifefully #10yearsinbusiness

I recently journeyed to #India after about three years to attend my cousin's wedding, and initially, it felt quite overwhelming. It had been a long time since I had been part of such a grand event. However, reconnecting with my extended family was refreshing. Engaging in conversations on #diversetopics, including #India's progress in the #competitivemarket, provided a fascinating insight into how the country is faring amidst various current challenges. I noticed a significant increase in #environmentalawareness, especially evident in the #cleanerstreets of #Mumbai compared to when I was growing up. The introduction of #ATVM Machines at #MumbaiTicketCounters, akin to those used for #TFL, has greatly reduced ticket queues and #optimised the flow of people. Moreover, it was inspiring to witness #women being employed at #Bangalore's #MetroStations, where their #diligence ensures orderly conduct among #commuters. Their enforcement of rules, from maintaining straight lines to #discouragingphotography, highlights the commitment to #efficiency and #security. The heightened #securitymeasures across #railwaystations also signify a positive shift towards ensuring #publicsafety. These are just a few of the #remarkablechanges I've observed in #Indian cities, and they fill me with #pride. Credit is due to the #governmentofindia and our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi for spearheading #progressivereforms. I eagerly anticipate the #future under their #leadership, confident that further #advancements lie ahead.

🎤 Ratan Tata : An employee friends and business leader : A life journey of many Salutes 🌈 🏆🏆🏆 Dear sir The story you unfolded for common citizens of India is truly inspiring. Your legacy of being humble & grounded inspire all. Most preferred employer of the globe might be Google , Apple and Microsoft. But beating and exceeding aspirations of employees you are No.1. You have set a standard for business community at globe. Your contributions cannot be summarised in sentences but feelings are too high. Coming generations may not believe that Ratan of Indian Tata was such an inspiring and caretaking entrepreneur. His contribution to Indian Industry demands a salute. When we recall Indian corporate houses, everyone would dream of becoming Tata, this standard you made. Sir the global community would ever recall you a great futuristic decision maker. You acquired Corus Steel in 2007 and took over Land Range Over in 2008. These were some historical landmark decisions. I know every moment you breathed India and Tata employees. It is difficult to recall and remember such a stall ward to summarise in sentences. But the fellings and respect earned as a human being, a gentleman, corporate leader, an employee well wisher is soffit match. During Corona, you said Tata employees will be considered on duty when he goes for Corona vaccination. This conveys why everyone can’t become Ratan Tata. You will remain forever in the heart ❤️ and head of all who aspires to become a better human being on this earth. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 . Forever Ratan .. #Ajourneytoremember #Lifeforothers #Happyliving #inspiringjourney #Createalife #Employeefriend #PeopleonTop #CorporatejourneyofMotivation #LifeeveryoneDream #Tatabrand #AllcannotbeRatanTata #MakingofDreamCompany #Manofdecision #Manofletters #Whatajourney #Motivationdorall

Hearing the news of Sir Ratan Tata’s passing has left me with an immense sense of loss. The impact he has made on India is beyond words, but I want to try to express my gratitude here. Being an HR professional, we often talk about ‘empathy,’ but there is no better example of ‘empathy’ than Sir Ratan Tata himself. Despite being a Global Industrialist and an Entrepreneur, he consistently demonstrated empathy in ways that are rare. From personally visiting a sick employee’s home to canceling an award ceremony at Buckingham Palace to care for his unwell pet, his actions spoke louder than his feelings. He built the Nano car after seeing a family getting drenched in the rain on a motorcycle, and during the tragic terrorist attack at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai, his compassion toward both staff and guests was deeply moving. You influenced generations, as even the younger ones feel this loss today. His life was filled with acts of kindness and leadership always. Growing up, I was always inspired by his stories, but today, I find myself wondering how I can express even a fraction of the values he lived by, both in my personal and professional life. I will teach my son that whatever he achieves in life, being a good human being, is the most important lesson, something your journey has profoundly taught me. Sir Ratan Tata, thank you for being a light of inspiration, you will be remembered forever. #ratantata #inspiration #tatagroup #legend #hr #empathy #indianlegend
