Your uniqueness sell best on Linkedin Instead of trying to stand out by doing more. Try standing out by being more you. The world is noisy. Everyone's shouting. But authenticity? It whispers. And people listen. Being you means: - Embracing your quirks - Sharing your real thoughts - Letting your personality shine Don't be a carbon copy. Be the original. There's only one YOU. That's your superpower. Use it. Authenticity attracts: - The right audience - Genuine connections - Lasting opportunities So, stop trying to fit in. Start standing out by being you. It's not about doing more. It's about being more... you. P.S: Kill your imposter syndrome and show your true SELF ------------------------------------ 𝘐'𝘮 𝘏𝘢𝘮𝘻𝘢, 𝘐 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘍𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘓𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘦𝘥𝘐𝘯 𝘛𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘋𝘔 𝘮𝘦 '𝘉𝘙𝘈𝘕𝘋' 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐'𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢 𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘺

Don’t get caught up in a bad network. Who you surround yourself with matters a lot. When we were young, we usually had a group of people we hung around with. They had an influence on what we did and even what we ate or drank. If you’re a parent, same thing with our kids. Whoever ever they hang around with will impact them pretty significantly. Now imagine hanging around not so good group of people… Like surrounding yourself with fake influential people on LinkedIn who pretend to have everything figured out and make you feel lesser unless you BUY what they’re selling. Build a good network around you that lifts you up and never puts you down. Remove the negative people from your network, in real life and LinkedIn.

Few things that can harm your personal brand on LinkedIn: Some of my friends might disagree, but I strongly believe: 1. Don’t hard sell. Personal branding is about your essence; don’t use LinkedIn as a direct sales tool. 2. Avoid discussing your income and money. 3. Express vulnerabilities, but avoid playing the victim card. 4. Refrain from negativity in comments; it reflects poorly on you. Remember, on LinkedIn, your personal brand is your digital identity. Uphold it with integrity, professionalism, and authenticity. Let's build each other up and create a positive, supportive community. Share your thoughts and experiences in the comments below. Let's thrive together on LinkedIn! #personalbtanding #linkedintips

I've learned to keep up with my supporters on my LinkedIn journey. This is especially true for those who were with me since the beginning. I fondly call them "early evangelists." They have been my pillars of support. They gave me the much-needed boost and encouragement in my content creation. Earning those first few likes and comments was thrilling. They were like a pat on the back. They showed I was on the right track. Engaging with these individuals has been key to gaining traction on this platform. Their consistent support has attracted new followers and expanded my network. For me, these early evangelists are more than just supporters. They are allies in the digital world. I maintain these relationships by staying in touch with them. I do this through direct messages or by engaging with their content. In business, repeat customers are gold. Similarly, on LinkedIn, keeping relationships with early fans takes work. But, it pays off in the long term. A simple comment or interaction serves as a gentle reminder. It tells my loyal supporters that I truly appreciate their presence in my network. Nurturing these relationships has helped me grow at work. It has also enriched my LinkedIn experience. They are my support system's backbone. I am eternally grateful for their consistent engagement and encouragement. --- How about you? Most of my clients have been people who never comment on my posts. They read them but don't comment. "The Lurkers" on LinkedIn are often your next client. You need to learn how to win them. #linkedintips ##linkedingrowth #linkedinforbusiness #businessowners #businessdevelopment

Harsh truth about LinkedIn: Posting consistently is only half the job done on LinkedIn... -You need to give value, not sell it -You need to engage with your network -You need to entertain, show your personality -You need to build deep relationships, not surface ones STOP treating your personal brand like an advertising billboard. START showing your true values, who you are and why people should care.

Some pressures I deal with on LinkedIn Maybe you’ve thought through these yourself - maybe not: ▪️feeling like I should consistently post while also thinking that quantity over quality is just digital pollution. ▪️seeing hundreds of LinkedIn posts that I scroll right past and wondering why people would read mine. ▪️knowing that it’s branded for professionals yet the content that does best is personal (mine included) ▪️seeing people with 10,000 followers have only 3-5 people actually engage with their content. ▪️being nervous to share my biz journey (or lack thereof) while wanting to also present myself as a professional guru to the world and all the ‘prospective clients.’ If you feel any of these then you’re not alone! If you feel 5/5 of these then we should write a book.
