The process of team building is to identify your key players…..

Best example from IPL 24: After match 48 in IPL 2024, Kohli has orange cap and Bumrah has purple cap. But still MI and RCB are bottom of the table. Do you know reason? Both team have players who are on the top of the season. But they don't have proper team work and team management. Team only wins if every player of the team gives their enough output else only few players wins but team always comes in the bottom and at the end, they will be eliminated from the competition. This is best example for every industry. Give your best in team goal instead of set your individual goal which may differ from team goal and you give your best to achieve it. Hope you will understand your participation in the team and now onward you may work in team to make winner of the team.

Be part of team means we need to make efforts for the team... Be part of team means we need to make sacrifices for the team... Be part of a team means we are one part of a all... Be part of a team means to belong to a collective... Be part of a team means we lose together... Be part of a team means we win together... Today I want to celebrate a win in a team were have made efforts and sacrifices. were we lost many times and now we win. It's in this moments were we grow as team members no matter what's our role in the team.
