Updated results from the new team I’m working with: They closed 9 deals on Friday. 9! 12 deals for the month already and it’s only the 6th. Monthly goal is 20 which is up from the old goal of 16. Best part is that one of the newer salespeople got promoted to start closing and closed 1 in their first 5 conversations. Want results like this for your team? A common mistake my team keeps hearing: too much focus on prospects vs customers. Trying to find new pipeline/buyers is no easy task, especially in today’s environment. That’s why customer events are pure gold- now more than ever. Use unique virtual and in-person experiences to drive retention, expansion and upsell. Your CRO will thank you! CAB events are also critical for your product and exec teams. (And if you don’t have a CAB, the time is now!) 🍷 As an example, you’ll rarely see prospects at our purple cork community events, or we sprinkle them in with customer champions so they can learn from each other.
