To that end, we also set an ambitious ESG goal for promoting from within: 75% by 2025. And, in 2023, we exceeded our goal, promoting 85% of our leaders from within. Plus, at 78% in 2023, we are on track for meeting our 2025 goal of 85% of our global employees agreeing that they have ample development opportunities. I am so pleased with this progress—and look forward to exceeding that goal, as well.
