You should always create a waitlist before you launch.
But, the power of waitlists can often be deceptive.
Let's face it - customers don't vote with their email, they vote with their credit card.
In my experience, it's not just about gathering numbers on a waitlist, it's about understanding the true interest in a product. This is why I advocate for charging for the product as soon as possible.
Think about it this way - how many waitlists or newsletters have you signed up for, only to end up never making a purchase? Quite a few, right?
Instead of focusing on the size of your waitlist, focus more on conversions and actual interest.
Remember, in business, it's not about appearances, it's about tangible results.

✍️ Agree? Disagree? How many waitlists have you joined, and how many products have you ended up buying?
