We set out this year to turn logistics from a “dirty word” to a positive one among dealer groups - and it’s resonating
The more conversations we have, the more potential we see for logistics optimisation to:
1) increase stock turn
2) reduce costs
3) improve the customer experience
But without software, this is impossible…
So it’s head down on the product with an obsession on showing **tangible** value for multi-site dealer groups through the Jigcar platform

"The Hardest Place to Crack?"
I recently read this interview with Nicholas Bodkins and his experience with Boisson, and it struck a chord with me as a founder navigating the challenging waters of growing a startup. Building and scaling a brand, particularly in the drinks industry, is no easy feat. The grind is relentless, and sometimes, the most critical mindset is simply perseverance—the ability to keep going even when the odds seem stacked against you. Massive congratulations to Nick for staying the course and battling through—no small feat in such a challenging space.
At CROSSIP, we’ve been fortunate to grow our footprint across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Canada, partnering with amazing distributors and retailers. We also work with great U.S. brands like P.F. Chang's and Tao Group Hospitality in other territories. Yet, despite the growing interest we see from the U.S., it’s a market we’ve not yet cracked. Weekly inquiries come in from individuals and businesses eager to stock CROSSIP, but we’ve yet to find the right path through this highly competitive and complex market.
The U.S. is vast and full of potential, but is it also the hardest market in the world for a non-U.S. brand to break into?

It's been a really tough six months.
Throughout the entire process, there were a number of times I just wanted to give up, move on, and try to figure out what to do next. But I believe in what we built (and are now re-building) at Boisson. A few weeks ago, I sat down with Dave Knox at Forbes to talk about what happened, what had to happen to save the company, and what we're doing (and importantly doing differently) moving forward.
I'm as excited as ever to be working in the non-alc category. With our new team, including Arie Gurevitch leading the business as CEO, and Tripp Rea leading our operations as COO, we have an incredible team. They've helped us focus, sharpen our offering, make progress on making things right with suppliers, and getting back to business.
Lots more new announcements on the way, but finally sitting down to talk about everything that happened was almost cathartic.

Last quarter, our team invested heavily into improving the reach and depth of the FQ platform — and the results have been incredible 🚀
Not only have we expanded into new industries (like food and bev), we've also added potent workflows and integrations to help our up-market partners (like Harry's Inc. and Topo Designs) simplify their supply chains.
The FQ platform has never been in a stronger position to tackle new and varied QC challenges across brands of all sizes and industries.
Our efforts didn't stop there. We've also continued to innovate features to support new and existing customers—like our Checklist Builder—with more to come in Q3.
