My colleague Grzegorz (Greg) Kalucki has recently published an article about experimentation. What does it take for companies to commit to a culture of testing and experimenting with their online content? In three points: 1. Set up the right team, with a Testing Manager at the heart of it. 2. Have that team cooperate with, inform, involve, and motivate the rest of the organization (at all levels). 3. Repeat and optimize to ensure ROI, KPIs, and business goal performance.
