Remote location security system installs can be challenging... But, I think they are an interesting challenge. Often, the installs are slim on hardware but robust in infrastructure. After doing a handful of Starlink setups, I just wanted to point out that the included router is only IP54 rated. Meaning, they will not likely stand any substantial rain and certainly not over a long period. Investing in good weatherproof communication enclosures is key to any remote location install.
