The position will collaborate with the top management and commercial, manufacturing, Supply Chain and regulatory to analyze sale, pricing and product margins and develop budgets and help in cost control. 2-Supervise revenue and costing cycle for monthly reporting. Analysis of company actual performance vs. business plan including sales invoicing, pricing, profitability and cost variances, review and circulate spend sheet to operation and Supply Chain. 3-Perform month end financial closure to ensure that Cost of sales and closing stocks are accurately valued, perform cost allocation and accumulation process run for Work in Process and Cost of Goods Manufactured, compare with standard cost and analyze cost variances. 4-Prepare MIS reports package for manufacturing & marketing departments, highlighting yield losses, material wastages, and inefficiencies in operations, labor and plant idleness, OPEX burnouts, machine downtimes, elements of growth in sales, mix and volume variances, Bonus and free packs evaluation, selling profitability. 5-Prepare GP analysis for the management specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products. 6-Evaluate tender business proposals to propose the best competitive rates. Prepare customer wise Institution Business P&L. 7-Inventory control functions i.e. ensure to maintain optimum inventory balances to achieve targeted inventory days, perform stock age analysis and physical stock counts to identify slow move and obsolete stocks and circulate stock count reports for CAPA developments. 8-Help commercial teams in pricing and profitability analysis for new product launches and for existing products too. 9-Propose and implement continuous improvements for SAP CO module to ensure all cost allocations should be drive from SAP system. In this arrangement, the primary company provides raw materials or components to the subcontractor who then processes these materials and returns the finished/semifinished products to complete the remaining business process. In this scenario we will see the Sub Contracting Process with Scrap Materials-- Scrap Materials are the waste or the surplus materials that are leftover from construction or manufacturing projects. ✅ Pre-requisites for Sub Contracting Process with Scrap Material Steps - 1️⃣ Create Parent material by the t code MM01- Semi Finished/Finished Material which company is going to receive from Subcontractor. 2️⃣ Create Child materials by the t code MM01- Raw Materials which company is going to transfer to Subcontractor for the Semi-Finished/Finished Material. 3️⃣ Create Scrap material by the t code MM01- Raw Materials which Sub contractor is going to transfer to company for further recycling/production process. 4️⃣ Create Vendor by the t code XK01. 5️⃣ Child material should be available in Company’s Stock.
