If Nissan car sales are not up, their impressions are probably going through the roof, why? If you haven’t been on TikTok and seen their new TikTok/marketing strategy you’re missing out. Taking a simple viral clip, and cutting it to duet the video, finishing what happens in the viral video, they’re taking their sales pitches to a whole new level. The cuts are timed to perfection, which really makes the impact of the video that much better. Sometimes it doesn’t take thousands of dollars to create crazy marketing campaigns to get people in the door. It just takes a little thinking outside the box and trial and error. The strategy is simple but effective. Well done Nissan sales teams and other dealerships that are catching on. Keep crushing!! #socialmedia #marketing

Comparative advertising: is a mean through which you mention the product strength versus your competitor in very competitive way… Example: BMW & Mercedes ads against each other. #_manstalks.

Need some Marketing inspiration? Always good to look backwards. This Porsche's Print Ad is a perfect example of BAB: before-after-bridge. Before: The problem/pain point your audience is facing. Like driving behind a Porsche in a car that’s not a Porsche. After: What life is like when that problem/pain point is resolved. Hands grip a sport steering wheel. Bridge: The solution—your product—bridges you from before to after. Does a great job of making you FEEL what it's like to both have and not have their product...

Talking about impactful messaging… 👇 This Volkswagen's campaign about keeping your eyes on the road is a brilliant example of effective messaging. It not only grabs your attention when you see the ad but also leaves a lasting impression, making you think long after. A testament to VW's success in creating meaningful and thought-provoking content. Talking about impactful advertising… 🚗 Personally, I try to avoid using my phone in the car - honestly I even find it challenging to change the address manually and keep the car straight (thankfully, voice control exists!). However, as a true Dutchie, I do use my phone while biking to navigate. And I know I shouldn't be doing that either, yes it really got me thinking.. I am off now trying to start memorizing the streets better for my appointments around the city by bike.. 🚲 #effectivemessaging #volkswagen #impact #workinmarketing #marketingcampaign #brandawareness

What you DON'T say about your brand is just as important as what you DO say. Because saying too much keeps your messaging from sticking. Yet many brands miss this. But the Porsche 911 is a great example of how to do this well. Porsche could say a lot of things about its iconic car in its advertisements.. It's practical. Easy to drive. Relatively affordable. Reliable. Easy to maintain. Long-lasting. Those things are true, but when you see an ad for a 911, they focus on one thing only. In the 90s, a 911 was one thing... 🏎️ FAST. If you know that, you'll likely head in for a test drive. You can find out the rest at the dealer. But if Porsche tried to tell you too much, too soon about the 911 the message would get watered down. ===== Here's the question for you... Are you giving your buyers a FOCUSED message - one that sticks? Or are you trying to say too much - and being forgotten? ===== 👉 For more content like this, grab my newsletter, The Narrative Field Guide. 1 insight to get people to do what you want. You can persuade people easily by validating their beliefs. But how do you do that? By repeating back to them what they're thinking. Let me give you an example. We all agree that people buy a Mercedes because of the prestige and status it brings to the owner. Because the same features and parts are available in other affordable cars as well. Mercedes knows this very well which is the reason why they always promote their new cars by showing off its latest features. But isn't that the opposite of what they want to promote? I'm getting to that part. You see, Mercedes knows very well that people buy with emotion and justify with logic. So they know that any person who buys the car will later justify his purchase by its "latest features". And that is precisely what they relflect back in their ads. When a person watches a Mercedes ad subconsciously he knows he wants the car for the status it brings. To rationalize it he looks for something tangible like features. And because Mercedes knows this it always shows off its features in the ad.
