PPI 86: Playing bridge & Getting together through clubs I am Mary Foreman, I was born in Grey's End in Kent and I am #retired. So, what does living a good life mean to you? Making the most of every opportunity that I have and all the people I know and love to have equally good lives as well. #Family is important, that's the most important thing in life. What intentional activity would you say has had the greatest impact on your life? Joining a #bridge club. It has to be because we spend a lot of time playing bridge and it means that Martin and I do things together. And it's an activity where you meet lots of people socially and you make lots of #friends - different groups, different people. So what about the community? Because that kind of leads into community. What intentional activity could make the biggest difference in your #community? I think it is #clubs and the community getting together through clubs. And then making #friendships within the club. They're so important. And a one-line message of #hope for the world, what might that be? #Peace. I think that's all it can be because everybody wants peace. I've never experienced a #war here. I've been so lucky. And that should be what everybody has, that peace.
