There's been an increase in visa interviews recently including inside the UK Here's 5 tips to help if you are interviewed 1. Be prepared. Make sure you are familiar with all of the information you have provided in your application. If you have a work sponsor, make sure you're clued up about your role, duties, pay, hours etc. 2. Be proactive. Review the relevant rules and guidance in regards to your visa route for hints on the kind of questions you might be asked 3. Be concise. Make sure you are clear and to the point. Do not mislead by withholding information. Don't ramble either! 4. Be honest. Honesty is the best policy. 5. Be realistic. Ahead of time, consider all of the possible scenarios that could occur during the interview, and possible outcomes. Process each one, your feelings, and how to respond.
