Today we celebrate the anniversary of a key part of our business: our brand. Every ninety days, our team meets to reflect on our core values. We consider whether we're living up to them and, just as importantly, whether they still reflect who we are. Five years ago, we realized they needed to change. We spent a long time reflecting on what differentiates us. What makes us tick? How is our approach unique? What do we do best? We wanted a name that reflected how we work as an organization - that reflected what gets our work done. We settled on a mantra that has guided my life, personally and professionally: to be 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧, 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝. That isn't just a tagline - it's an attitude we breathe and bleed. It's a mindset that we bring to our engagements on behalf of our clients. It's an outlook that lets us be unrelenting in pursuing the goals and objectives of our clients. I first considered these values long before our rebrand. When I was young and trying to figure out how I was going to "get there" it was a mantra that I put together for myself. It's impossible to always be the smartest, the fastest, the strongest person in the room, no matter how much you train. What you can control - what is within all of our grasps - is the unyielding, unwavering pursuit of success. To be driven, dedicated, and determined is to embrace, meet, and overcome obstacles of all kinds - and to bring that mindset to any problem guarantees success. This isn't just a tagline or a marketing effort. At home, I tell my daughters that these are the three D's of being a D'Agostino. They usually laugh at me, but I know they see the philosophy in action, lived out faithfully each day. In the office, our team reflects these values too. We come from all walks of life, bringing unique backgrounds and experiences to the table.
