You might have already guessed the brand from the red and white color combination itself. BELIEVE it or not, the image of Santa Claus we know today is heavily influenced by advertising! (THIS IS A FACT) While the character has roots in Saint Nicholas, the jolly red-suited Santa Claus with a white beard became popularized through Coca-Cola advertisements in the 1920s and 30s. The artist Haddon Sundblom created this iconic image, and it's become so ingrained in popular culture that it's hard to imagine Santa looking any other way. It’s national balloon day or maybe it’s popcorn day or talk like a pirate day. There are so many celebration and awareness days that it can be a bit confusing. Are they useful? Should you include them in your marketing? It all comes down to whether they make sense for your brand. If you’re a law firm then national balloon day probably isn’t going to work for you. But if you’re a balloon retailer then go all out for national balloon day. Awareness days can be a really easy way to raise your brand but if it doesn’t work with your brand then all it’ll do is confuse your audience.
