💡 Idea for schools when arranging careers fairs… Yesterdays Apprenticeship Academy focused on where to find opportunities. We spoke about offline opportunities, including asking about apprenticeship programmes following work experience placements and networking at careers fairs. Feedback from our participants with regard to Careers Fairs is that there was a) lots of unis and not many employers and b) too much information given in a short space of time and they couldn’t take everything on board. An idea from this could be to have smaller careers fairs that focus on sectors. Students agreed that this would be better for them and they would rather attend a smaller fair with less stands that feels more relevant to their industry interests. #sharingthegoodstuff #thevoicesthatmatter

On February 3, 2024, when I walked through the crowded #LUMS_Career_Fair Hall, feeling both proud and nostalgic. It was not too long when I was walking down the same corridor, carrying a resume and hoping for a bright future. #Back when I was searching for opportunities to make my mark, I visited INTECH Automation & Intelligence in 2023 Career's Fair with aspirations and ambitions to explore opportunities and notch out my path in the professional world. #In_the_present_day, I am a proud representative of INTECH Automation & Intelligence and make myself on the other side of the table along with Mannan Fatehullah Aqeel Muazzam Youmna Noor Khadija Dilnawaz.
