#OpenToWork | A Year In, Still Focused on What Matters   It's been nearly a year since my time with AT&T came to an end, and this journey has brought challenges, almost-there moments, and unexpected growth. I’ve had some wins in this job search—getting through multiple interview rounds, receiving positive feedback—but no final offer yet. I won’t lie; it’s tough, and I’m feeling it.   At my core, I’m a customer advocate and problem solver. My career has always been about finding ways to improve experiences, make systems work better, and bring real value to customers. Now, I’m looking for a helping hand to connect me with the next opportunity where I can do what I do best: helping customers, colleagues, and teams overcome roadblocks and achieve great things.
