Way too many so-called leaders, most are larpers. They let their emotions take over and act on that. I have seen this during my time in the military and law enforcement. More so in law enforcement, many people get placed in positions and are out of their depth. They rule by retaliation and fear. Maybe the need to learn how to "combat breath" .....
