In my experience, one of the most difficult and critical moments in a leadership consulting diagnosis conversation: Leader – My team is too busy with day-to-day affairs. While it is important but I don’t see them thinking about organisation success as a whole! They are all behaving like managers rather than leaders. Leadership Consultant – I hear you. How are you responsible for this behavior of your team? Leaders who answer this question, taking ownership of their team's problem, have always led the way for a positive cultural change. Others who separate themselves from the problem continue living with the problem.
