Using video data with Full Motion Video capabilities in ArcGIS, the video stream and metadata must be combined into a single compliant video file. Excited to share hyperspectral image Classification by using spectral angle mapper (SAM) using ENVI. 🌈✨Hyperspectral remote sensing is an advanced technique for analysing and capturing information about the earth surface and atmosphere by capturing a wide range of electromagnetic wavelengths , it uses hundreds or more than hundreds of narrow and contiguous bands. Sensor: Hyperion spectral range: 400 - 2500 nm. Spectral resolution : 10 -15 nm. No of bands : 242. Before hyperspectral data processing we have to know that , this sensor provide lots of details about feature, but it contains lots of noise. ✨Image processing Steps( ENVI): Bad band and Bad line remove - geometric correction - Flash ( to remove atmospheric error)- Endmember collection ( MNF, PPI , N- D VISUALIZER) - apply Spectral angle mapper. #imageclassification #hyperspectralimage #ENVI #Remotesensing #spectralanglemapper

>30x position accuracy improvement (1m --> 2 cm) 🎯 Thursday night we added #GEODNET RTK corrections to our GNSS-Aided INS positioning system. Unlike a standalone GNSS unit, it measures accurate position and orientation. We signed up for the GNSS corrections through easynav.xyz. After tabletop testing, we mounted the system to a cart and did rectangular passes both without and with the corrections. The RTK fix came within 4-8 seconds, and the position accuracy went from meter-level to cm-level equally as fast. Impressed. 👏 Some devices are designed for easily connecting to RTK corrections. It is like adding an email to Outlook: enter address, port, username, and password. Done. This was not the case for this particular device. The setup required additional hardware/software and took a few iterations of testing.
