The lack of women in leadership is a pervasive issue in the staffing industry. In their recent episode of Recruiters in cars getting coffee, Lauren B. Jones 🐐, founder and CEO of Leap Advisory Partners, and our founder Dries De Coster chatted about why there is such a disparity between men's and women's success in recruitment leadership. "Statistically, men are promoted on potential, women are promoted on results." A very astute observation, and one that AI could have a genuine impact on, though tracking and standardising promotion processes and interrupting patterns of bias.
