Dear Sir/Madam, Since the sale of consumer product operations, including Toshiba-branded products, to Dynabook Inc. in 2016, Dynabook has taken on the responsibility for installation, warranty, and post-sales services for these products. However, the obligations related to warranty and after-sales services regarding my product have not been fulfilled. Under international law, manufacturers and their successors are legally bound to meet their obligations towards consumers. Failure to do so constitutes a clear violation of consumer rights. In this regard, I kindly request: 1. Immediate action to resolve the issue at hand, 2. Transparent communication of the process, 3. Compliance with your obligations in order to preserve the reputation of your brands. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate it to national and international consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action.
