✅Disruptive technologies by themselves are exciting at first and then often eventually underwhelm as more and more people get used to them and psychologically adjust to their presence, much like the stock prices adjust based on future expectations. 🎯Disruptive technologies are disruptive when they are used to create disruptive innovation models. 🔥They are often more powerful when combined with other disruptive technologies and innovations. 🎯The innovation is in the model creation. 🔥It’s most sticky when it unseats a gate keeper or gives access to people that previously could not do what it is allowing them to do. 🚀🚀What models can you create when you aggregate and curate new innovations with previously unscalable ideas and techniques? A few weeks ago I told a friend of mine about the conversation my daughter had at school with a little girl that told her she could never be a princess because her skin was darker and her hair was not yellow. 💥My friend created an entire colouring book series for little girls that looked like ours levering AI and digital book builders and Amazon. 💥She then turned her ability and know how into a company that helps others build and publish their own books. 💥No pitching, no asking for investors, no asking book companies to make new books about representation. 💥She quickly and quietly made few books and is able to use three different platforms to share these books with parents and daughters that want them. 🔥When information and content become a commodity, unlocking stranded brilliance in the human becomes the premium. #warriorprincess #caribbeangirl #thefutureofeducation #thefutureofwork #thefutureoflearning #ai #opportunities

Many people see it as black and white. Form follows function—that’s how it has always been. However, we shouldn’t put technology first. Instead, we should think about how we can leverage every technology at our fingertips and use it effectively. Yes, #AI will become more powerful, and some jobs will be affected. We’ve faced these discussions several times in my lifetime... Here’s what I think: Everyone afraid of AI should start using it right now. Make it part of your toolset and help shape how we use it. Instead of focusing on the negatives, bring some positive vibes to the table. And trust me, the human's most dangerous threat is the human itself. 😲 Mind-blowing! Generative AI Could Add $4.4 TRILLION to the Global Economy—Every Year! I’m honestly astonished by the pace and scale of this AI revolution. McKinsey’s latest research found that generative AI could contribute up to $4.4 trillion annually to the global economy. That’s not just a number—it’s an economic shift the size of an entire major country! 🌍💥 What’s even more mind-blowing is the impact on different industries: - 75% of this value is expected to come from just four sectors: banking, retail, life sciences, and high-tech. 📊 - It’s estimated that AI could handle 60%–70% of tasks across business functions, speeding up operations, cutting costs, and boosting innovation. - Early adopters are already seeing time savings of up to 40% in activities like writing, customer service, and software development. ⚡ Generative AI is no longer some far-off dream—it’s here, and it’s transforming the way we live and work faster than we ever imagined. This technology is unlocking levels of efficiency, creativity, and productivity we’ve never seen before. I’m left wondering: If this is what’s possible today, what will tomorrow bring? 🤯 #GenerativeAI #Innovation #FutureOfWork #McKinsey #AITransformation #DigitalRevolution

If you're not tapping into Appreciative Inquiry (AI), you’re leaving growth on the table. AI isn’t just a "nice to have" framework; it's a powerful force for unlocking potential within your organization. When applied right, AI transforms challenges into opportunities and drives innovation through people operations—your biggest competitive advantage. So, what’s the secret sauce? The 4-D Cycle of AI: 1. Discovery – Uncover the strengths that already exist. We’re not focusing on what’s broken; we’re amplifying what works. 2. Dream – Create a vision for the future. It’s about envisioning possibilities beyond today’s limits. 3. Design – Build the systems and processes that make that dream a reality. Here, we move from inspiration to action. 4. Destiny – Sustain momentum. This is where the rubber meets the road—how we ensure long-term success and keep the energy alive. The biggest challenge? Shifting mindsets—from fixing problems to leveraging strengths. But when you get it right, it’s a complete game-changer. Want to elevate your org? Start with Appreciative Inquiry. 🚀 #OrganizationalDevelopment #LeadershipCoaching #PeopleOperations

"AI is not a competitor but a collaborator." As technology advances, we find ourselves standing at the edge of a profound transformation. Much like how Google didn't replace books but expanded the world’s access to knowledge, AI will open doors we never knew existed. It’s not about replacing people, but about redefining how we contribute and create. The secret to thriving in this new era? Adaptability. Those who embrace upskilling, learning, and evolution will rise with the tide of innovation. So, let’s shift our focus from fear to growth, maintaining peace and balance in our professional and personal lives. 🌟 Change is inevitable, but panic is optional. 🌟 #FutureOfWork #AIRevolution #AdaptAndThrive #CareerGrowth #Upskill #WorkLifeBalance #Innovation #DigitalTransformation #ArtificialIntelligence #humancapital #future #change

Everyone: We have to develop, market, and sell AI tools as quickly as possible. Also, Everyone: These AI tools don't work right...what's the deal? This is what happens when there is no intentionality. No 'North Star' to ensure that the tech actually provides a meaningful benefit, rather than just be another fun toy. No purposeful barriers to distribution. Waste. Waste of time. Waste of money. Waste of effort. Waste of materials. Waste of energy. We're on the path to solve NONE of our biggest issues. We need to do much better. #problemsolving #education #health #mentalhealth #science #artificialintelligence #ai #technology #projectmanagement #leadership

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 💭 Joanna Maciejewska's famous saying, "𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝐴𝐼 𝑡𝑜 𝑑𝑜 𝑚𝑦 𝑙𝑎𝑢𝑛𝑑𝑟𝑦 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑑𝑖𝑠ℎ𝑒𝑠 𝑠𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝐼 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑑𝑜 𝑎𝑟𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑤𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔. 𝑁𝑜𝑡 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝐴𝐼 𝑡𝑜 𝑑𝑜 𝑚𝑦 𝑎𝑟𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑤𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑠𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝐼 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑑𝑜 𝑚𝑦 𝑙𝑎𝑢𝑛𝑑𝑟𝑦 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑑𝑖𝑠ℎ𝑒𝑠," brilliantly captures the essence of leveraging technology to enhance our lives, not replace what makes them meaningful. This quote resonates deeply because it emphasizes the value of doing what we love 💗, our art, writing, and passions rather than mundane tasks. AI is a powerful tool, its role should be to empower us, not replace the joy and authenticity of human creativity 🧠! To truly benefit from AI, we need to strategically identify what tasks we prefer to delegate and what we want to cherish 🥂. By automating repetitive and time consuming chores, we free ourselves to focus on activities that bring fulfillment and meaning. However, if we ask AI to do what we love, we lose the very essence of that joy. This balance is key 🔑 to reaping the real benefits of AI. When used wisely, AI becomes an enabler, giving us more time and energy to pursue our passions and improve our lives. Let’s use technology not as a substitute for creativity, but as a tool to expand its possibilities. 🤔 What do you think? How do you strategically incorporate AI into your life to focus on what truly matters ??? 💭 #Ai #Technology #Creativethinking #Famous #quotes

We’ve been observing the lifecycle of artificial intelligence technology evolve for some time now, and it’s been an interesting journey. To better understand the immediate and long-term effects, and to more effectively plan a path forward, it’s helpful to look at this cycle in detail to see where we’ve been, where we are now, and where we’re going. Here’s what I mean: An idea is generated, and the innovation begins. The source could be an individual, a think-tank, or a business organization. The lifecycle then starts to unfold. Enter the researchers and developers (R&D), the thinkers who can take a basic idea and run with it in various directions. They help to create context and definition for the idea which then becomes a path forward. Next, we have the “show me the goods” phase, where a working model is created to demonstrate proof of concept. “How does this thing work! What is its purpose? Demonstrate that it’s a technically sound concept and that it has value.” And on and on… Then comes the beta phase where the product, idea, or concept is released to a group for experimentation and real-world testing. These early adopters play a key role in the ideation process. Sell, sell, sell! The invention is commercialized and put into the open market for public purchase and use. This is the product growth and lifecycle phase of growth, maturity and eventual decline. New technologies will supplant old ones. Replacement and extinction. What was once new now becomes old and is discarded. And the same cycle starts all over again. Here’s more. #inventionlifecycle #iteration #aidevelopment #litrendingtopics Subscribe on LinkedIn to my weekly newsletter, Scientia. https://lnkd.in/gCaxVdPu “This is a cycle in innovation that repeats throughout history: For a long time, an almost undetectable amount of knowledge and craft builds up around an idea, like an invisible gas. Then, a spark. An explosion of innovation ensues but, of course, eventually stabilizes. This pattern is called an S-Curve.”
