🎯 Tired of leads that just... don't fit? You know the ones: "Can you throw in extra services?" "That's a bit expensive..." "But my friend does this for half the price!" Here's the truth: More leads doesn't mean better business. In fact, chasing everyone often means connecting with no one. A packed calendar of wrong-fit clients is worse than an empty one. Because every "yes" to the wrong client is a "no" to the right one. I help business owners flip the script. Instead of being everyone's maybe, become the perfect fit for a select few. Ready to attract clients who make you love what you do again? Drop a "✨" if this resonates! #ClientSuccess #BusinessGrowth #KnowYourWorth #QualityOverQuantity

I see a lot of people talking about How-To-Double-A Business, but almost no one keeps it simple. Here are 7 Steps (as a Monday reminder) That will make every business a powerhouse. Yes, it's simple, but we tend to overcomplicate "business" 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 • Listen to your customer with attention • Identify needs and pain points that hold them back • Find methods that delivers them the trophy • Maximize probability & guarantee outcomes • Sell the outcome for less that it cost 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 In order to achieve these results we need to pull 7 levers in the exact below order. 1. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 Be seen, be heard, be noticed. be everywhere. 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘦𝘺𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 2. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 Advertise & communicate outcomes and benefits that make customers want it badly. 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘯𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵. 3. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Make it easy to react & response 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩, 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘩 𝘊𝘛𝘈 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘴 4. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 Convert them into leads to start conversations that lead to conversions 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘺 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘤𝘰-𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮. 𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 5. 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀 Charge for outcomes, ideally recurring in a ratio of min. 1 to 5. Aka the outcome is worth 5x more than cost 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘧. 𝘛𝘰𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦. 𝘛𝘰𝘰 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸. 𝘛𝘰𝘰 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯 6. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 Focus on eliminating pain that deliver results and happiness if your revenues are present but you fail to deliver results your business will decline. Get results! 7. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 Make them so happy they want to brag about you to others and proud to refer. 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘧. 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘺𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴. ------------ Now you can analyze your business and see where work is required. Which of the 7 steps is your super power? If you are ready to sell your business or accelerate your growth with funding. DM "Growth"

It’s time for a hard truth. You’re losing leads, and it’s killing your business growth. Admit it—you're watching potential clients walk away every day. The problem? You’re doing nothing to stop it. → Same old story: You collect leads. None convert. Your efforts? Barely scraping the surface of what your clients could bring in. You keep pushing, yet you see no substantial results. And deep down, you know this. You think the answer is to collect more leads. You’re dead wrong. Right now, your leads are worthless. They’re random, inconsistent, and don’t trust you. It’s not about more numbers—it’s about control. Here’s the hard pill to swallow: You don’t need more. You need better—better quality, better structure, better flow. Imagine: every lead you get is pre-qualified, primed, and ready to buy. Every. Single. Time. → This isn’t a numbers game It’s about creating a predictable, reliable system. The difference? Hustling for scraps vs. attracting the right clients with ease. Ready to stop chasing dead ends? DM me "Control", and I’ll show you how to take control.

Follow-up. The foundation of business growth. 63% of people requesting information about your business won't buy for at least 3 months, and 20% will take more than 12 months to buy. Remember that client who asked about your services in the spring and then you never heard back? How are you continuing to nurture that relationship? Or that customer who attended regularly for years and you have not seen him in months? Have you reached out? Building a lasting business is not just about initial connections but the follow-up that turns one-time customers into loyal clients. Follow-up is the backbone of relationships — without it, even the strongest connections fade. Imagine planting a seed and walking away. Without watering, weeding, and sunlight, it won’t thrive. Similarly, business relationships require nurturing— checking in, adding value, and building trust to help them grow into lasting partnerships. Think about the effort we put into personal relationships. A date can be fantastic, but without calls, texts, and quality time afterward, the connection fades. Similarly, your clients need to know you’re invested in their journey and you care about them, not just in their initial “yes.” I was a member of Burn Boot Camp for 8 years and left to try something new. Guess what? After I left, they kept in contact with me. Even though I was at another gym down the street; a competitor. They continued to nurture our relationship and support me in my fitness journey. They built a community from a sincere passion for helping people and providing a service. This was 3 years ago, and guess where I am now? I am curious to hear from you — what is your process to ensure meaningful follow-up? Do you have the right person on your team to execute consistent client/customer engagement? What systems or practices keep you top-of-mind? #Elevated #CustomerSuccess #ClientRelationships #BusinessGrowth #FollowUpMatters #CustomerRetention #BusinessDevelopment #RelationshipBuilding #EntrepreneurTips #LongTermSuccess #ClientEngagement #CustomerExperience

The Secret Weapon Behind Successful Businesses: Micro Commitments Why do so many businesses have lead magnets? It’s not because they LOVE giving away free stuff (though that may be part of it). Peel back the curtain, and you'll find a strategy - micro commitments. Imagine the millions of people who grab their phones to scroll on social media, their thumbs poised to either pause with interest or continue their scroll. That pause to read? It's the first step in a series of micro commitments. If you ask someone in an email to “hit reply and tell me your biggest pain point” - and they do? Another type of micro commitment. And when they trade their email for a valuable resource—be it a PDF, a checklist, or an insightful video— that’s a next level up in micro commitments. It means they’re interested enough to take the next step with you. It sort of primes them for you to continue to make “asks.” Then in your emails or social media posts - you may present them with a small offer - $27. And they accept. The idea is that if you can train people to commit or say “yes” to you - they are more likely to then be willing to buy from you. This method isn't about manipulation but about nurturing a genuine willingness to say "yes" and deepen the relationship. So, the next time you create content or offer a lead magnet, leverage the power of micro-commitments. Do you use micro commitments?
