🎹 Ear Training Tip of the Day 🎶 Suggestion: Begin with the Tune! When mastering playing by ear, start by identifying the melody. It’s the most recognizable element of a piece, and mastering it first will simplify figuring out the accompanying chords and harmonies. 👉 How to proceed: Hum or sing the melody to yourself, and try to replicate each note on the keyboard. Focus solely on the melody initially—get comfortable with it before tackling the chords! ✨ Try this technique with a favorite song, and see if you can play its melody by ear!
