A time for a new product --- This is why civil servants are jelly about entrepreneurs. However, most of them fail to see what is behind the scenes. Still, whatever the result the entrepreneur may have, ordinary work still cannot be at the same pace as him. It’s closely related to speed – speed is the other element to change from a one-dimensional biz into a product-producing machine and you have to become good at innovation. It probably took several years to produce and market your first product. To take your biz to the next level, you will have to move faster at least twice than you’re moving right now. The velocity of innovation includes brainstorming, developing, testing, and producing new products. You can get better with good ideas – but without executing them quickly enough, the ideas will degenerate over time. And you’re gonna see your profit declining aka you stop scaling after that product has been in the market for a couple of years. The combo of speed and innovation will give you extraordinary growing power. So, this is the equation: 80% of G = I.V 2 G = the second stage of biz growth I = Innovation V = velocity Meaning: the amount of growth a biz can expect at the second stage of its development is directly related to its ability to generate and test new product ideas quickly. Indeed, as the leader of your biz, you’re responsible for its growth. Therefore, most of your time in the second stage of your biz’s dev should be given to generating and executing new product ideas. Not necessarily need to spend tons of time brainstorming. If you run your creative session well, you’ll be able to come up with plenty of good product ideas by spending just a day or every 2-3 months drumming them up. But of course, you will need to spend a good deal of time pushing those ideas along to fruition – conducting follow-up meetings, sending out follow-up memos, making phone calls, and reading reports. There is a time for everything. Like it is now the time to develop new products. #directmarketing #emailmarketer #emailmarketingfundamentals #storymarketing

Starting over from zero sucks. We've worked with over 100+ founders and there comes a point of success where they get bored and want to do something new... I know I've felt the ol' shiny object syndrome before. Happens to every entrepreneur at some point. Here's a sobering reminder: ➝ It's much easier to take your existing business from 2M per year to 5, 10,15M per year than it is to start a new business and scale it up to that same revenue. This is where compound effort comes in. ➝ If you always are starting a new businesses, you have to start from 0. ➝ If you always are launching a new funnel for your marketing, you have to start from 0. ➝ Instead of honing one sales pitch, you're constantly starting over, starting from zero reps. ➝ Instead of improving one product, you think your next product will be the x factor, once again starting from zero. You might notice a trend, and there's a key problem that comes with it. You can't compound 0. But you can compound tiny gains over time that lead to tremendous results. If you apply compound effort... ➝ You keep building onto your existing company, and let the infrastructure and leverage you've built work FOR you instead of brute forcing. ➝ You hone ONE marketing funnel until its absolutely lethal and prints customers on demand. ➝ You relentlessly improve one product until people absolutely rave about it and customers do your marketing for you. The lesson? Massive gains are found by improving what you've got, not tearing everything up and starting new. Compound interest makes investors rich, compounding effort makes entrepreneurs rich. All we're looking for is those 1% improvements each day that make our companies better. Same principle, different context.

"𝑀𝑦 𝐽𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑦 𝑖𝑛 𝐼𝑇 𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑠" During my MBA years (2009-2011), I didn't just focus on textbooks and lectures—I dove headfirst into entrepreneurship. As a one-person team, I provided IT services and consultancy, wearing multiple hats from business development to IT administration. Handling everything from #clientservice to #design, #development, #SEO, #SMM, #PPC, and more, I gained invaluable know-how and experience in running an IT company. Despite the challenges of being a solo entrepreneur, I managed to turn a profit, covering my college fees and saving up to kickstart a proper company in 2011. This journey taught me to keep going even when things got tough. Looking back, I'm grateful for the lessons I learned. They helped me create #AbsoluteCX. 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐗 is the result of all the experiences and ideas I collected along the way. It's not just about changing Real Estate; it's about making customers happy. With the latest technology and a focus on what customers need, 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐗 aims to make Real Estate better for all the developers out there. In short, my time in IT services taught me a lot and paved the way for Absolute CX . It shows that if you keep pushing forward, you can achieve your dreams.

8 years of Second Mile! 🎂 It all started over glasses of wine with my best friend from college, Hannah Lee. We dreamed and brainstormed about starting a business together—there was even a time when we almost named it “Frosted Lemonade.” Thankfully, we landed on Second Mile, and it’s been quite the journey ever since. In those early days, we built everything from the ground up, relying on each other, our faith, sweat equity and a willingness to say “yes” and figure things out as we went. We even took on projects outside our comfort zone, like producing a brand video for a retail company—we were defiantly not qualified for that! It hasn’t always been easy. There have been moments of fear, feeling overwhelmed, and making mistakes. And yes, we went against the common advice of not going into business with your best friend. But every challenge has brought valuable lessons and growth. Somewhere along the way, Samuel Crockett joined us as our third partner—thanks to Hannah’s incredible knack for connecting people. Together, we’ve built what I like to call an “anti-agency”—a company that prioritizes excellent results in marketing, HubSpot rev ops and web development while going the above and beyond (the second mile), not just for our clients but for our team as well. We’ve learned so much, helped countless businesses grow, and enjoyed the journey. Today, we have a phenomenal team that is aligned around our vision and supports growth daily. I’m immensely grateful for the support of family, friends, and especially Andrew Vossler— one of our honorary board members, my biggest supporter, and the one who helps me tackle the tough challenges. We’ve stood on the shoulders of giants to get where we are today—mentors, partners, and all those who have shared their wisdom and support along the way. Here’s to 8 years of growth, resilience, and always going the extra mile. 🥂 Looking ahead to many more! #SecondMile #Entrepreneurship

How a Website Saved a Million Dollars 💰 A few months back, I met an entrepreneur named Ananya. She was passionate about her business but was struggling to get it noticed. Traditional marketing methods were draining her budget, and the returns were minimal. During our conversation, I suggested she invest in a professional website to create an impactful online presence. Skeptical but hopeful, Ananya decided to give it a try. That’s when we at Hypweb Solutions stepped in. We designed a stunning, user-friendly site to showcase her products and services, making it easy for customers to browse, purchase, and get support—all online. This eliminated the need for extra staffing and minimized manual errors. Within a year, Ananya saved over a million dollars by reducing unnecessary expenses and streamlining her business operations. The saved funds were reinvested into expanding her product line and reaching a global audience. The website didn’t just save her money—it transformed her business and fueled exponential growth. The lesson? Never underestimate the power of a well-designed website. 💡 #DigitalTransformation #WebsiteSuccess #BusinessGrowth #CostSaving #Entrepreneurship #Ecommerce #WebDesign #OnlineBusiness #Innovation
