I am on an early train to NYC. It's hard not to think about my former Corporate life. But things are so different now. I started the slow but consistent blowing up of my previous life. I left my job. I had no plan. Yes and No became words I used much more regularly. No explanations. I signed up for a coaching program almost sight unseen. Soon after, I sold my house. My dad passed away. My loving relationship ended. I opened up my coaching practice. I wrote a book (almost forgot to add this 😂). I crave learning and take courses to feed my brain and soul. I moved a bit away from my family and friends. So much of what "supported" me was gone. I was raw. Somedays, I still am. It is interesting to ponder that overthinking blocked(s) so much possibility. So much creativity. I had to suspend my previous rigor - that was hard. Today, I have a very successful coaching practice—a whole new life. I was willing to let go little by little of the old me. And I am just getting started. Maybe it is time to consider the next step in your life. If you are ready, I am here. Happy Monday. Donna Star
Donna Star - I have many thoughts on this - but if you are happy Donna I am glad for you. I know you are a strong woman that will keep exploring your world/future. Best wishes during this holiday season and into 2025! Your friend always. Bob Gerst
Donna Star - I love everything about this post! Mainly because it is authentically you. 🥰
I wish you a happy, rewarding, and successful 2025! As you know, Success and reward are two very distinct concepts. Sounds like you are achieving both, and they don’t always occur simultaneously!
Enjoy your trip. Life can be like a roller coaster sometimes and it feels nice when you finally land safe and sound .
Cool to read/sort of experience (through your posts) your crossover to your new world!
Donna StarYou radiate happiness & confidence. We can't step into the new until we let go of the past!
