Some of the amazing insights & capabilities that we've seen unlocked out of leveraging InStore.ai and their AI generated abstracts .... - Is every guest greeted appropriately as they enter each of your locations? - Is every guest asked if they are part of the loyalty program today and if not - what are the responses and objections? Are the benefits clearly communicated aligned to the current training program? - Are team members consistently upselling and emphasizing in-store promotions when appropriate? Are team members able to add one additional item in the "basket" and can it be measured based on each interaction? - What are the highest performers doing differently that we can learn and continually tune and redirect into the new team member training & development program? - How can we capture & measure guest feedback about new food product launches or promotional CPG items? - When people come in to apply for open roles - how is this responded to by existing team members and handled? Is there an opportunity to improve how team members reply to this request? - How do we identify & capture team member successes with their guests upon delivering amazing service? - How do we handle guest complaints reg outdoor operations at the forecourt, cleanliness of facilities, stock levels or product availability? What are the lessons to be learned? - How do we identify real time "threat" & other asset protection scenarios where team members or other guests may be in jeapordy or require real time support as an incident may be happening? - Is the guest thanked for being a loyalty member or simply for stopping by upon leaving? - What are the options to "gamify" & capture in data these unique positive interactions, score them and socialize them within the same store, by district, by region, chainwide - to see which stores, teams & districts are going above and beyond & hitting the highest levels of customer success? and these are just a few data points..... surveys performed at the point of purchase from either dynamic questions or sms/emailed post transaction surveys are very useful but can't capture the engagement or overall customer sentiment from that exact moment in time with this level of insight & clarity. This is truly game changing to c-store, retail, QSR & hospitality operations and anywhere "a guest conversation matters". IYKYK.
