In the case of Putin and Russia's revival, I suggest that it would be reasonable to conclude that Putin can be considered the "savior" of Russia, at least from the standpoint of public perception and common attribution of leadership impact. However, it is crucial to remember that this is a simplification of a more complex reality, where other factors, such as structural characteristics, technocratic management, and global circumstances, have also played a significant role.

Russia's economic performance and geopolitical positioning have improved significantly under Putin's leadership. While there are certainly other contributing elements, such as structural features of the Russian economy, technocratic management, and global circumstances, it is fair to say that Putin's leadership has been a key driver of Russia's "revival" on the world stage.

REGARDING THE BELOW YOUTUBE VIDEO -- SELECTED YOUTUBE COMMENTS, REPOSTED HERE, FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: "@tikaanipippin" POSTED JUNE 13, 2024 @ 4PM EST: "If only Putin could have been in a position to coach a successor, he could have relaxed into the role of "father of the nation", relaxed into old age, and formed a dynasty. Now, he will leave Russia headless, a friendless pariah state, and despite the geopolitical wealth, a much poorer and less trusted nation. Who knows what Russia's future is going to be now?" UNQUOTE ************************************************************* My Reply posted on June 14, 2024 @ 4:00 AM EST: UNDER "rdelrosso1973" "Sadly, Putin does not seem the type who would like the Title of "President Emeritus", or whatever that is in Russian! As Lord Acton said: "Power corrupts men, and Absolute Power corrupts absolutely." For "Corrupt" you could substitute the word "Addicted". Putin has been in Power for 24 years, of which he has spent 20 years as President and Prime Minister for 4 years, while his Puppet, Dimitri Medvedev, kept his seat warm. (But during those 4 years, I am sure we know who was in charge and it wasn't Medvedev!) Putin cannot shake off the "Addiction" that such Power has on him. There is another YouTube video entitled: "WHY RUSSIA CAN'T AFFORD TO WIN OR LOSE THE WAR IN UKRAINE". In a sense, Russia [i.e. Putin] is "addicted" to prolonging the War. We know why Russia [i.e. Putin] cannot afford the humiliation of Defeat in Ukraine. He would likely be overthrown. But the video showed why Putin cannot afford to "win". If Putin "wins", how does he rebuild Ukraine? It is estimated that it would cost $500 BILLION to do that. More, if the War continues. So where does Putin get that money? In the event of a Russian "Victory" the West will not pay to rebuild Ukraine. So NO MARSHALL PLAN for Ukraine. Does the West give back the $300 billion in frozen Russian Reserves? Would China do it? Then, China would OWN Ukraine! Or -- does Putin just leave Ukraine a destroyed "Wasteland" incurring the wrath of the estimated 30 million Ukrainians left (out of a Feb 2022 Population of 44 million), as they are reminded each day of the destruction that Russia inflicted on them? The last 2 years and 4 months have shown that Ukrainians are a very tough, resourceful and intelligent people. Their History shows them that a Ukrainian Defeat would probably mean a repeat of the 1930s, when Stalin forced some six million people to starve to Death. And so they have fought back with a vengance. Those 30 million Ukrainians could mount a low level "Guerrilla War" against Russia for many years, as Ukrainians actually DID after WW 2. Russia would have to keep hundreds of thousands of troops in Ukraine, to control a low-level insurgency, further draining its Federal Budget. IN SUMMARY, PUTIN HAS ____NO____ good Options for ending this horrible War.

-Strong leaders negotiate, weak leaders don't! -Stoltenberg is an agent of the same talking points, (as are most EU leaders)! -500000 Ukrainians dead at this point, and there has been NO communication between the US and Putin. -JFK 1961; Let us never negotiate out of fear, but let us never fear to negotiate! It gets interesting 12 minuttes in on NATO expansion... and again 20.30 minuttes in on trust between the US and Russia, after one of the biggest NATO installations in the world. THIS might put things into perspective for the ones still thinking it's OK for the US to expand against Russia, but not ok for Russia to expand towards the US (aka 1961). #truth #leadership #evil #seer #history #ceo #agenda #negotiation https://lnkd.in/de6xHqrR

https://lnkd.in/dbj-B3eF According to Mr. Illarionov, former economic advisor to putin, and now a renowned dissident, in addition to his economic career — the stated rationale behind putin’s war upon Ukraine is quite fluid. He says it was for this reason, or for that reason — but nonetheless he has been very consistent, and ever-evolving in his approach. For whatever nonsense reason, this is actually what he wants: He really does want to invade and annex Ukraine. As such it seems clearly wasteful to concern ourselves with his precise rationale for the war, but rather we should understand it tactically, and how to help Ukraine win as actionably as we can. According to Mr. Illarionov, putin does have a kind of practical goal for this annexation, and essentially it is a cultural kind of imperialism, which turns “russia” into an ideological empire which expands both by conquest and ideology. Timothy Snyder has made the comment in the past that we do too little to discuss what is actually happening in Ukraine, but we all too readily turn to the psychology of putin, and what are his motivations. They matter tactically, but they don’t matter at all philosophically. All this ideological nonsense returns quickly to Ivan Ilyin and a sort of imperial russian fascism patterned after Ilyin’s ideas. It doesn’t matter what he wants, we just have to stop this from happening. It’s very easy to see in all this an echo of the Second World War, but the dialectic has moved along by several steps. In that regard, these events are particularly horrific. The entire war we’re seeing is like an ideological fusion of WWII and the Cold War, both of which were horrific events themselves. #ukraine #nato #europeanunion #freedom #standwithukraine
