The biggest mistake I see female leaders make is thinking that they must behave in a way that goes against their true values to be successful. 😟 This was me. Early in my career, I believed that to be taken seriously and succeed in leadership, I had to suppress my authentic self and adopt traits that didn’t align with who I truly was. It wasn’t until I embraced my values—compassion, empathy, and integrity—that I realised these were my true strengths as a leader.
