There’s no one-size-fits-all method to nourish your soul. There was a time in my life where I tried meditation because it was popular advice, but it didn’t resonate with me. So, I made a bold change: 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴. Why screaming? Releasing pent-up energy and emotions was what I needed to feel rejuvenated. This taught me the key to well-being is finding what works for you. Instead of following others, explore different methods and listen to your inner voice. We can all reach our goals in different ways. 𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗜 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. But before I got here, I had to do other things. 𝗗𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗢𝗨, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀.
