This resolution reaffirms support for military spouse attorneys and seeks to fix inequities created amongst the state bars military spouse reciprocity rules, urging state bar authorities to: - Streamline reciprocity with minimal supervision. - Expedite applications within 90 days. - Recognize PCS orders as residency proof. - Include Guard and Reserve spouses. - Waive application fees.
