I studied a devotional recently that challenged me to share my faith and what god has been doing in my life - with other believer’s. I’ve been reluctant as I assume “they’ve got it all figured out” .

Always keep learning! Yesterday, I was at the YMCA swimming and they guy next to me had a odd device on his finger. I asked... he said it was a lap counter, his goal is 100 miles of swimming in 2024. WOW, that is great. Then he said he was 81 years old and what else was he going to do. He wants to see his grandchildren get married. Talk about a goal! If you are calculating, One mile is 1760 yards. Which is a typical work out for many. Takes about 30-60 minutes depending if you are Michael Phelps or Andy Out Of Shape.

I took your advice for action. I haven’t been back on a fire engine in over 3 years. I’m a deputy fire marshal which is mostly desk work. I decided to get back into operations. It took a bit of getting used to, but glad I did it. Thanks for the inspiration.
