🔔 Please take this as your reminder to go a set up the direct debit for your credit card now! I’m seeing quite a few clients with small credit misdemeanors on their credit reports. So many of which could have been easily prevented… the most common I am seeing is LATE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Setting up payment of the credit card by direct debit can help you avoid any late fees and the impacts this then has on your credit report. It also gives you one less thing to worry about! ➡️ I would recommend setting up a DIRECT DEBIT for the minimum payment (at the very least) and you can still make other payments throughout the month so you can clear the credit card in full or pay the amount you can afford. #kellylushadvice #creditcard #mortgageadvice #ovfadvice #directdebit #creditreport

🚨 ‼️ Credit card tip ‼️ 🚨 If you have credit cards, try this payment hack. Pay your monthly amount in 2 payments.. Example...you owe $100 for the month of June Make your 1st payment of $50 by June 15, and the second $50 payment by the due date. Why should you do this? It tricks the system to thinking that you actually made 2 payments but you actually did one. Which helps with your interest and boost your credit score. Also is you just pay an extra $10 per those 2 payments, you will get done paying the balance, alot sooner and will save on interest. Drop a 🤓 emoji if you found this helpful. #CreditCardStatements #financialawareness #credithacks #thecreditandmoneycompany #PersonalCredit #FixYourCredit #credit #credittipsandtricks #credittips101 #credit101 #creditcardpayments

Is having a credit card a huge risk? Not at all! As long as you make timely payments, you have nothing to worry about. It's important to use your card wisely and treat it like a debit card by spending only the money you have in your bank account. Additionally, setting up auto payments for your total bills is a great way to avoid high interest rates. Once you're comfortable with these points, you can create a credit card portfolio for different spending types. Talk to your bank and based on your relationship, you may be able to make it lifetime-free! #SHASHANKsLens Happy spending! #financialtips #creditcards #personalfinance

True or False? Selecting ‘credit’ while using my debit card for a purchase helps raise my credit score? False. If you choose “credit” instead of “debit” next time you’re at the cash register, know that your credit score will not be affected in any way since your debit card activity does not get reported to the credit bureaus. Debit cards have no effect on your credit history nor credit score, so whether you use your debit card as debit or credit, the money is still withdrawn directly from your checking account.
