While it's encouraging to know that my skills are valued, it also highlights a common issue in the job market—finding the right fit where both parties can benefit from each other. If someone has strong Java skills, they would likely choose a developer role over QA. Additionally, HRs often lack understanding of automation and ask irrelevant questions during interviews. Many companies also mislead by hiring for automation but assigning manual testing tasks. Please align job requirements with actual role expectations and educate HR on relevant skills.
