Proud to have collaborated with fellow NVIDIANs at the NVIDIA Skills for Impact event, partnering with VOX ATL and Common Impact . In just a few hours, we developed strategies to enhance VOX ATL’s donor communications, aiming to amplify their mission of empowering teens through journalism. If you’re in the Atlanta area, I encourage you to explore VOX ATL’s impactful work. Malayaka RH. A huge shoutout to the amazing team at NVIDIA who brought their energy and expertise to make this possible! 🌟 Mid-Week Motivation🌟 Just tuned in to an incredibly insightful talk by NVIDIA's CEO https://lnkd.in/g5DbYKmA, and I have to say—it was exactly the dose of motivation I needed to power through the week! 💡 This session was a reminder of why we push the boundaries every day. 🚀 Some of the most incredible lines: "You can succeed in doing something, inventing a future, even if you were not informed about it at all." This highlights that a lack of prior knowledge should not be a barrier to starting something new. "When somebody tells me about something and I've never heard of it before, or if I've heard of it, don't understand how it works at all, my first thought is always, how hard can it be?" encourages a mindset of embracing new challenges and believing in one's ability to learn and adapt. "You could learn how something can be done, and then go back to first principles and ask yourself, given the conditions today, given my motivation, given the instruments, the tools, given how things have changed, how would I redo this? How would I reinvent this whole thing?" approaching innovation by learning from the past but not being limited by it. "We find inspiration not from the size of a market, but from the importance of the work. Because the importance of the work is the early indicator of a future market." The concept of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focusing on addressing a significant problem, even if the market for a solution is not yet apparent. The importance of the problem can indicate a future market. "Have a core belief, Gut-check it every day. Pursue it with all your might, pursue it for a very long time. Surround yourself with people you love, and take them on that ride." Emphasizes the importance of having a strong core belief, consistently evaluating it, pursuing it with passion and perseverance, and building a supportive team. #Inspiration #Motivation #Innovation #MidweekMotivation #NeverStopLearning

The significance of this technical milestone cannot be over-stated! This is an indicator that things in the consumer neurotech space are about to 𝐁𝐋𝐎𝐖 𝐔𝐏. Definitely keep watching this space? 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫? Any person working with neural data will tell you that it is very hard to relate a neural sample from one person to another. This is true from the very small scale (individual neurons) to the larger spatial sampling scale (MRI voxels or ECoG electrodes). This adds some friction to devices like MRL's neural interface b/c it means that each new user must first perform some rather repetitive tasks to provide some labeled data to an ML system before being able to use the device effectively. This achievement shows is that with A LOT of data and some compute you can virtually get rid of this friction and allow users to use the device right out of the box (again, 𝐇𝐔𝐆𝐄!). This approach makes the most sense for consumer neurotech because the fact that the devices are not implanted means that getting the amount of data (thousands of people!) necessary is much easier compared to implanted devices (i.e., more feasible technical challenges and much lower cost)

For the past decade, our team at Meta Reality Labs (previously CTRL-labs) has been dedicated to developing a neuromotor interface. Our goal is to address the Human Computer Interaction challenge of providing effortless, intuitive, and efficient input to computers. Easily the most exciting thing I have ever worked on! Shared experiences on Apple Vision Pro are few and far between at this stage, three weeks after the device's public launch. I'm attempting to collect a list of all apps that could be classified as shared experiences. Do you know of any that aren't included on the list? https://lnkd.in/gnKtvYY7 #applevisionpro #visionpro #visionos #spatialcomputing

🚀 What an incredible journey at the Intel Hackathon hosted by KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology! Though we didn’t take home the top prize, this experience was a huge win in many ways. From brainstorming innovative solutions to working alongside an amazing team, the entire process was exhilarating! 💡 Meeting the esteemed judges and interacting with the talented jury was a true highlight. Their insights, feedback, and encouragement gave us a fresh perspective, and we're truly grateful for the opportunity to present our ideas. 🙌 The challenges pushed our skills to the limit, and we learned so much in the process. Hackathons are not just about winning; they’re about learning, collaborating, and innovating to solve real-world problems. We faced every obstacle with determination, and we came out stronger as a team. Huge thanks to Intel and KPR Institute for organizing such a well-structured and inspiring event! 🎉 The level of talent, creativity, and passion that everyone brought to the table was mind-blowing. We may not have won this time, but we gained something even more valuable—new skills, insights, and connections. I'm excited to apply what we've learned and come back even stronger for the next challenge. 💪 A special shoutout to my amazing teammates—Dinesh .B ,Anush Kumar , DHANVIN KADIIR S —your hard work and dedication made this journey truly unforgettable. 🙏 Here’s to many more hackathons, challenges, and opportunities to push boundaries! We’ll continue to innovate and work hard, because every step forward is a step closer to success. 🚀 This is just the beginning—stay tuned for what’s next! #Hackathon #Intel #KPRIET #Innovation #TechChallenge #Teamwork #LearningAndGrowing #Grateful #FutureOfTech #KeepPushing #DreamBig"

𝐈𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭, 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭! We should go select the things that if we didn't do it, the world would fall apart. You have to convince yourself of that. That if i don't do this, it won't get done. And if that work is hard and that work is impactful and important, then it gives you a sense of purpose. Drive the eye into a focal point. How does one increase input into the "Top of the funnel" on a event/tradeshow floor... Master capturing and moving eyes. The combination of captivating content and LEDs do this well. #LEDcolumn #leddisplays
