3 months in: time to share some reflections 🙏 May 15, I stepped into my new role as Sr. VP Global IML at MCC Label. Not gonna lie – the past trimester was probably one of the busiest in my career! I’ve had the opportunity to dive deep into our operations worldwide, connect with our passionate team, and start setting the course for the future of MCC Verstraete, MCC Korsini and MCC Karydakis. These past 3 months have been very rewarding and I’m gratefully sharing some reflections : 🙉 Curiosity is key Sometimes the most valuable insights come from asking simple questions and listening - whether it’s a casual hallway conversation or feedback from the front lines. Truly understanding different perspectives uncover opportunities we might have otherwise missed. ⛷ Agility matters Our business landscape is constantly changing, and the ability to adapt quickly is crucial for us and our partners. Embracing change, learning from it, and staying agile helps us navigate challenges and seize new opportunities. ⏸️ The value of pausing It’s easy to get caught up in that day-to-day hustle (👆). I can confirm the importance of taking a moment to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. It’s in these quiet moments that clarity and creative solutions often emerge. 🔝 Leveraging our team I’m incredibly proud of the talent and dedication I’ve witnessed in our teams.
