Many guides think that giving their guests choice will give value. However it can often have the opposite effect. Choice paralysis is real. And guests can become stressed if having to choose from several options. There's also the regret that can come after a choice is made, wishing you had made the other... Best case, don't give an option and explain why you made the choice for them: "For lunch we're going to be having classic NYC pizza. I've ordered what we can 'plain slices' so that you can taste it at it's most pure and decide for yourself whether pizza in NYC is truly the best..."
