//AN AI DOING SALES CALLS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT...🤯 Now it's there an AI that can autonomously do sales calls and customer support. And I know many people will say, "I can do it better". But that's not the point. AI will learn. AI will learn veeeery fast. The question is, are you still willing to learn, too? P.S. We've been using AI tools for more than ten years now. I observed that the ones that refused to work with AI are today not only part of our team but also never seen again in the business world elsewhere. It's your choice: Complaining and discussing OR jumping on the bandwagon and adopting. ——— This is how you bring your ideas to market in 2023:  https://lnkd.in/eq4TvNC4 #innovation #creativity #future #whatinspiresme #innoweek All rights and credits are reserved to the respective owner(s).  Contact me to add you as a reference or content removal.

What AI can do is mind-blowing. I'd rather talk to humans though...

I have communicated with chatbot. It was bad experience.

Not too bad... it is missing the natural vibrato of a human voice and a few uhms and ahs that come naturally 😉 I didn't quite like the 'I totally get that' responses and the downward pitch on questions sounds yuck to me. A question is an upward pitch. I feel AI was trying too hard there. There is also a bit of a lengthy pause after each exchange. But I understand that will probably get better with AI developments and updates. I'm wondering if that customer was aware it was AI? I doubt he'd be as jolly on the other end if he knew it was fake.

🤮

Who has time for this shit call ever?

Would anyone feel duped if they thought they were talking to a human then later realized it was a machine? Does it come across as really caring about what the person wants? To me, this was infuriating. There is a place for AI however, it can't really replace human to human interaction, caring, compassion. Curious to hear what other people think about using AI in customer service lead follow up or as a sales call.

Sounds too robotic and the pauses in between sentences (probably latency from generating a response), makes the whole conversation feel unnatural.

AI is going to teach us so many things, including how much we actually relish a genuine connection with another human being.
