We are helping a client in the US undergo digital transformation. The client is a real estate business, and the challenges are many which they have tried to solve but with little success. Challenges include: - Silos in teams - No demarcation between B2B and B2C - No visibility on a returning and high value customer - Lack of single customer view - No data strategy in place - Customer journey does not exist Our solution is a multi pronged solution.
