Retailers promote discounts and other offers to sweeten their offerings, but how universal are Cyber Monday promotions? Are they worth it? Each year around the holidays, Digital Commerce 360 surveys retailers in the Top 1000 Database of North American online merchants, and a strong majority of Cyber Monday participants showed up in 2024.
