We just hit our 500,000th event on Togather..... This means we've had more than £1bn of value created on the platform over the years. I used to have notifications on my phone that told me each and every time a new event came through on Togather. They would go off three or four times a day and Hugo Campbell and I would go absolutely wild. While there’s a lot I miss about those days, I’m pretty happy those notifications aren’t still turned on because thanks to the amazing work that our team have done down the years I think my phone would have exploded many times over. Hitting half a million events is a completely wild milestone, particularly when I think back to those early days of us in a flat attending all of the events that people were using Togather for - specific shout out to the Millennium Gloucester Hotel where we spent a full week in the first few months of launching. I like to think about all the parties we’ve made so much better - the unquantifiable number of magic  moments, the friendships made and all the memories that will last a lifetime. We’ve been a special part of some many days and that genuinely means the world to me. We’ve also made hundreds of millions of pounds for the best independent event suppliers in the country, and perhaps the biggest privilege of doing this all has been talking to the suppliers whose lives we’ve meaningfully improved - whether that’s letting them buy another set up to expand their business, move into restaurant space, or buy their first house. What I can say is after half a million events, the hunger is still there for the next ten million, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for us.
