🚀 Is HR ready for the future? https://aihr.ac/3WC4CQZ ← I recently asked this question to a panel, and their response 👇 A cautious but optimistic yes - there is acknowledgment that there is work to be done, but that HR is slowly but surely moving in the right direction! 🧭 We are not moving fast enough, but I love how the HR conversation about the future is shifting and changing - it is no longer about whether HR has a future but more about what we want HR to be. #HR #HumanResources #StateofHR #FutureReady

I believe HR is ready for the future. While there's always progress to be made, HR is steadily moving in the right direction. The future of HR is no longer in question; the focus is on how we can shape it to be more adaptive and agile. HR plays a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting organisational growth. I am excited about contributing to this evolution and ensuring that HR remains a strategic and dynamic force in the workplace.
