25 Years. Company loyalty. Does it matter? It is a consequence. Not a goal. It happens. imho. When your Desire (your Why (@simonsinek), your Grit, your deep intent,..). Matches your Performance. And the Opportunities that present themselves. It all Connects. And then, it lasts. Longer. Forever or Not. The community, ‘the tribe’, fulfills the sense of belonging (could be ‘Yellow Blood’ - Caterpillar people understand ;) ). Your bigger Purpose is the compass. The storytelling helps to connect.
