In fact, the motivational core - what gives a person energy and drives them forward - is not the same for everyone. Less is more This past Saturday, I visited Wing Fest in Manchester 🍗, now in its 10th year. What started as a single event has grown into the largest chicken wing festival in the world 🌍, expanding from one location to six across the UK, serving 45,000 wing lovers. The simplicity is what struck me. While food festivals aren’t new, the founder of Wing Fest decided to focus on one thing—chicken wings 🍗—and do the opposite of everyone else. No endless menus, no distractions, just wings, perfected. It made me think about the power of simplicity in business.
