I'm so sick of people saying , Jobs are everywhere No they aren't. When you apply for a job, your resume gets denied. So you tweak it 37 times and use AI for 36 of those 37 times. Still it gets denied. When someone does call you, they say, commission based only. When a legitimate job paying weekly responds, you have to go through 7 rounds of interviews and if one of those interviews along the way doesn't like one single answer, you don't get the job. That said, stop saying jobs are out there. No jobs are out there. No one is actually hiring.
There are TONS of fake jobs.....
How long have you been on(LinkedIn) here searching for jobs and networking?
I actually applied for a position with a local hospital, doing what I had been doing for 20 years. I copied their job description, edited it to correct grammatical errors, changed a few verbs, and submitted it. About a week later, they informed me they were pursuing more qualified candidates.
It took me about 3,867 applications within two years to get the job I have now. The market is so bad right now and has been since 2022.

I understand your frustration with the job search process. It can be incredibly challenging and discouraging. However, I would encourage you to not lose hope. There are resources available that can help, such as career coaching, resume writing services, and job search strategies.
The job market is terrible right now. I call a lot of these job posts “ghost jobs” because they’re hiring — just internally! Companies would rather make one person have a job meant for two people these days.
