<This Mexican Heritage Month> Kindly appreciate my culture for the beauty that it is, and the beauty of its music too. Our weddings, Funerals, Dia de Los Muertos Celebrations are represented with music and processions to honor the dead in Church and Funerals. We do the same for Church Marriages too. I welcome folks to seek out a Dia De Los Muertos festival celebration this month. Visit the altars at the MLK library in San Jose, assuming they still do that, or experience it now in VR experience there or in Mexico. I hope that the next time you experience our Mexican food that you will remember to appreciate the fruits and the labors of the Mexican cultural people that must come up in DEI ways too. The flowers, presence, music and spirit will absolutely move you, if you attend the burial grounds Oct 31-Nov 2nd. On separate feedback.. We’re having an emergency with a vendor right now and a washing machine repair company and water leaks, as we provide customer service. Here’s feedback to the Communities trying to serve Caregivers in AI Customer Service Deliverance. I manage several disabled people, and my own personal self service requests in AI too. When we go to a chatbot for service, I see the great attempts to serve in expanded ways, but after lots of lost time, we’re pointed to the call center. Then, when we call someone, we’re pointed back to Chatbots for Customer Service Deliverance. This is a mind boggling way to run business in AI, and has me running in circles, loosing time, money and the ability to run efficiently w/way too many apps to hit. This does NOT and will not serve anyone efficiently, so understand the real overwhelm of a Caregiver. In all cases, I have to escalate myself thru Customer Delivery folks to obtain the attention that I need. I diligently cut through the Agents in the loop to insist they service me in the way I need, in order to operationally move my needle forward. It gets to the point of being authentically straight forward to tell folks kindly, but authentically what we need. Then, we field the ginormous costs of repair workers to take advantage of the situation with their on-the-spot plumbing costs, that weigh on us. Now, the Appliance Repair guy telling me he didn’t arrive with the part, for ME to re-schedule. I ask him to come back later today, to get the picture of the diagnostic code he needs, to get the motor on order. He won’t. I tell him we manage disabled people, that I need his help. He won’t mobilize himself. This is why I help Companies in the mission of breaking their own cycles of feeling limited, that they cannot contribute to helping us Women to solve these problems. I chose Burnout. I will help folks to clear their roadblocks, and break their anxietal and fear cycles in order to bring a Warrior Network together that helps working Caregivers & Working Women.
