So, when it comes to hiring in-house employees versus using a business agency, it really boils down to your specific needs. 👉 If you want someone fully dedicated to your company, who knows your ins & outs, and can be part of your long-term team, then an in-house employee might be the way to go. But keep in mind, this comes with higher costs, limited expertise variety, and some hiring and training hassles. 👆On the flip side, if you're looking for cost-effectiveness, specialized skills, flexibility, and avoiding the whole hiring and training process, then a business agency could be your best bet. However, it might mean a bit less control over daily operations, potential communication hiccups, and they might not know your company as intimately. 💙 In the end, your choice should align with your goals and budget. Some businesses even mix it up, using both in-house staff and agencies to get the best of both worlds as they need it. Are you sure what would be most beneficial for your brand? 5 days 5 HOT questions 🔥 Q4 - Should I hire in-house or have an agency? If you’re serious about fast growth and expert execution, here’s why I’d recommend an agency: 1️⃣ Expertise On-Demand Agencies bring years of experience and specialized skills, giving you instant access to top-tier professionals. No need to spend months recruiting or training. 2️⃣ Fresh Ideas: They offer an outsider's perspective and creative input that can push your brand in new, exciting directions. 3️⃣ Scalability: Need more content for a launch or a campaign? An agency can scale up quickly without the overhead costs of hiring more staff. 4️⃣ Results-Driven: Agencies are focused on one thing - getting results. They’re constantly optimizing to give you the best ROI possible. 5️⃣ Cost-Effective: Hiring a full in-house team can be expensive, agency fees often provide a more affordable way to get high-quality work across multiple areas (content, ads, strategy, etc.) without a full-time salary commitment. In-House might sound like a good idea if you want total control, but it often comes with slow execution, higher costs, and limited expertise. 💡 The takeaway? If you want to move fast, stay ahead of trends, and get expert results, an agency is the smart choice. What’s your approach? In-house or agency? Let me know in the comments! 👇🏻 #socialmediamanagement #socialmedia #socialmediamarketing

People hire people. Your clients are not hiring agency brands, they are hiring the people behind the brand. A recognizable agency brand and newsworthy portfolio can get you a call...but it's not what wins the client over. What wins the client is the chemistry between your team and the client. They are thinking... Does this person get my business and my challenges? Is this person bringing up ideas I had never considered? Are they listening (really listening) and asking smart questions? Am I getting energized by what they are saying? Do they seem passionate and informed about the work they say they do? It's not the logos on your website. It's not a case study for a project you did 5 years ago. It's not the animations in your creds deck (hopefully we've moved on from this). And those things are where agencies are investing all their time and energy. Instead of investing so much time in that stuff, invest your time in gathering some intel on the client before you speak to them. Invest your time in coming up with thoughtful questions to ask. You can spend the entire call asking great questions and NOT talking about yourself or about ANY of your past work and you'd get a lot further. Focus on the relationship. And if you're not sure how, DM me for a link to book your 20 min. slot during my next Agency Office Hours. I have so many techniques that will increase your ability to convert the right clients - without getting ghosted and without being just another option.

𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩! 𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲! A brand goes out seeking agencies and hoping that it will change their world. And in just a few months there is a divorce with the most common reason "it's not working out between us". But the root of why it's not working out is — not knowing what we should be working on from the beginning. Hence, before hiring an agency, ask yourself these 5 questions: 1. What's the Problem We're Solving? Is it brand awareness, sales, or lead generation? A focused problem leads to a targeted approach. 2. Who are We Trying to Reach? Knowing your ideal customer profile is the key. The agency can't craft the right message without knowing who the message is for. 3. What are Our Success Metrics? How will you measure the impact of the campaign? Define your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track progress. 4. What's Our Budget (Realistically)? Be transparent about your resources. A good agency will work within your budget to deliver impactful results. 5. What's Our Internal Capacity? Do you have the bandwidth to collaborate with an agency? Setting expectations upfront avoids frustration later. By answering these questions, you'll get a lot of clarity which will then help you find the perfect agency partner who can truly understand your brand and take it forward. Remember: Hiring an agency is an investment. Get clear on your goals first, and then watch your brand flourish! #Advertising #Agency #DigitalMarketing #FloraFountain

𝗧𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗼 𝗜𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀! 🔥 Feeling swamped by trying to manage every part of your business by yourself? It’s a common trap many fall into, thinking we need to do it all to succeed. But stretching yourself too thin can really hold back your business, leading to burnout and less-than-great results that might hurt your reputation. Here’s what I always recommend my clients do when they find themselves in this situation: 🎯 Play to Your Strengths: Focus on what you do best and make it your main gig. Let your talents shine where they naturally excel. 🎯 Team Up with Experts: For everything else, bring on specialists. Whether it’s digital marketing, video production, or copywriting, having experts handle these areas means every task is done right. 🎯 Automate Where Possible: Use technology to automate routine tasks. Tools like CRM systems, social media schedulers, and email marketing platforms can save you tons of time. 🎯 Delegate Wisely: If hiring full-time specialists isn’t an option, consider outsourcing or hiring freelancers for specific projects. This can provide you the flexibility to manage costs while still getting expert help. By focusing on these strategies, you can reduce your workload, enhance your campaigns' quality, and allow your business to grow. Have you shifted from going it alone to a more collaborative approach? What change did this bring to your business? I’m eager to hear your stories in the comments below. ⬇️ #digitalmarketing #marketing #strategy #innovation #branding #entrepreneurship

I've generated over $150,000,000 in revenue for over 800+ agencies. ...and I barely work 4 hours a day. I even take Wednesdays off. When I speak to most agency owners, ^being able to do that, is a MYTH to them. Agency owners, you are: Trapped to your Slack channels. Stressed out. Overwhelmed with your work. Not hiring fast enough. So here's exactly how I've managed to build an 8-figure company, working less than 4 hours a day. I've mapped out an entire FREE video course on how we've helped 800+ agencies hire & source elite talent profitably, so you can do the same... This will help you: - Cut time spent in business - Identify & Hire A+ talent - Remove yourself from the day-to-day operations of your agency - Sell more, scale faster Just leave a like + comment anything and I’ll DM it over asap. Should you outsource your marketing efforts or create your own dedicated team? 👇 If you're weighing this up, here are two key considerations for finding the solution fit for your business: 🧠 Skillset and expertise A vast range of skills is required for its broad spectrum of activity. If you hire an agency, you can draw on the know-how and expertise of a team of specialists. If you’re a small business with funds predominantly spent elsewhere, hiring an agency to take the marketing responsibility off your hands could be a great move. For larger companies with greater manoeuvrability on budget and overheads, it might be worth investing in a specialist or even a dedicated team to diversify your marketing offering. 💰 Cost and convenience If you're a bigger brand with greater flexibility on budget and overheads, you might find it better to invest in a specialist or a dedicated team to diversify your marketing offering. You’ll need to consider salaries and the costs of regularly training of staff to keep them sharp in their skills, so inevitably, your marketing will be restricted to your budget. On the other hand, hiring an agency will cost a lot less in the long term because you’ll pay hourly or pay a retainer fee. Here, you’ll benefit from specialist experience at a fraction of the price.
