⏰ Two weeks from TODAY we go live with "Unsung" (in French, "Inconnue") my immersive play/visite théâtrale at the Château de la Napoule. ❓ What's left? Lots! 1. Timing it - to be sure it's the right length in BOTH languages - it takes longer to say the same thing in French. 2. Working the script with both sets of actors, French and American, making sure they understand the arc of the play and their characters. I've never worked with French actors before. 🆘 ANYONE! How are French and American actors different, in how they work? 3. Blocking it - the show is site-specific, so have to figure out where in each room they deliver they vignettes. I know what I did before - but I'll have to modify it. 4 Selling it! Making sure people know about it. Promo is a different beast here than in the US. 🙏 ANY ADVICE ON PROMO IN FRANCE WELCOME!
